Who should file a report?

We encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed a hate crime, bullying, harassment or discrimination to submit a report as soon as possible.

Don’t worry if you are unsure whether the incident fits the definition of a “hate crime,” report it anyway.  We want to hear about all kinds of experiences, including ones which may not be considered a “hate crime” according to the law or the police.

Even if you do not feel you need support for yourself, the information you provide will allow us to understand the kinds of incidences that happen in our community.  Your report may help us prevent future hate crimes against other victims.
